Federal cabinet to discuss 13-point agenda tomorrow

islamabad   –  The federal cabinet will discuss 13-point agenda including presentation on Pakistan International Airlines restructuring plan in its meeting on Tuesday.

The federal cabinet will discuss presentation on Circular Debt Management plan, presentation on Pakistan International Airlines restructuring plan, Composition of the board of directors of joint investment companies and delegation of powers to strategic export control division.

The cabinet will also discuss proposal to legislate to establish a centralised database with the mandate to collect information/data released to essential food commodities, appointment of members of board of governors under Federal Medical Teaching Institutes Ordinance 2020, Permission for UN vehicles to move through Kabul from Karachi.

The agenda for federal cabinet meeting also includes appointment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) National Insurance Company Limited, grant of exemption under section 21 of PPRA Ordinance 2002 for development of Darbar Kartarpur Sahib Corridor Project, decisions taken in the cabinet meeting held on January 12, 2021 and March 16, 202, viewpoint of Railways Division on the presentation/report of the cabinet committee regarding construction of multi-storey building on railways land at Nowshera, ratification of the decisions taken by the cabinet committee on state owned enterprises in its meeting held on 07-04-2021, ratification of the decisions taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the cabinet in its meeting held on 07-04-2021 and any other item with the permission of Prime Minister.
