LAHORE   –  Women Assembly Members Shameem Aaftab, Sania Kamran, Sabeen Gull, Abida Raja and Sajida Yousaf called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Saturday.

They lauded the CM for his hard work for the development of the province and said that a separate development package for each district would usher a new era of development and progress.

It is for the first time in the history of the province that any government is focusing on the development of deprived and backward areas of the province.

The Chief Minister said that due rights are being given to the women legislators as their role as parliamentarian cannot be ignored.

He said that problems and issues of their respective areas have been noted which will be resolved at the earliest and their proposals and recommendations will also be given due importance in development projects.
